New Graduate Recruitment

Position: Comprehensive Employee

Job Description: Comprehensive roles related to our company's business

Employment Type: Full-time Employee (No fixed term)

Required Skills and Experience:

【License/Other Skills】

Preferred if you are expected to obtain a pharmacist license

【Experience】

Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus

Salary:

Starting Salary

University graduate: ¥215,000

Graduate school graduate: ¥228,000

Bonuses: Twice a year (June and December), based on the contributions of the past 6 months, with a total annual bonus equivalent to 2.5 months' salary

Allowances:

Commuting allowance (up to ¥30,000 per month)

Sales allowance (¥30,000, including overtime for 18 hours)

Pharmacist allowance (¥20,000)

Family allowance (¥1,000 per dependent family member)

Regional allowance as per company regulations

Salary Increase: Annually (in April)

Retirement Benefits: Available

Welfare Benefits: Various insurances provided (health insurance, welfare pension insurance, employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a scheduled working time of 8 hours and a 60-minute break

Holidays:
