Office & HR

Job Description:

General administrative tasks including PC data entry, phone and visitor support, sorting mail, data input, ordering office supplies, and sending direct mail (DM) materials.

Proficiency in Word and Excel is a plus!

The role in general affairs is an essential part of the company, involving a wide range of responsibilities. This makes you a valuable asset required by all employees. As an administrative staff member, you will primarily handle general affairs tasks but will also be involved in various other administrative duties.

 

Employment Type: Part-time Employee with a defined period (renewable every 6 months) (with a 3-month probationary period)

Salary: Hourly wage ranging from ¥1,200 (varies depending on the job)

Bonuses: None

Salary Increases: Once a year (April)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, standard working hours of 8 hours with a 60-minute break

Inspection, Packing, and Packaging

Job Description:

Tasks include inspection, packing items into boxes, and packaging products.
