  • Is it safe to consume expired products?

I apologize for the misunderstanding. If you have unknowingly consumed a product that has exceeded its expiration date, it is advisable to discontinue consumption immediately. If you experience any adverse effects on your health, please seek medical attention promptly.


  •  Is it safe to take it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Nutritional supplements for the purpose of providing essential nutrients should be fine during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, it's advisable to avoid weight loss supplements. Some weight loss supplements may contain ingredients that can stimulate the colon, which could potentially lead to complications such as miscarriage or premature birth. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers require a well-balanced and sufficient diet to provide essential nutrients for the baby and to produce nutritious breast milk. Therefore, we generally do not recommend weight loss diets for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.

Some of our products are manufactured in China or contain raw materials imported from China.
