Each Capsule Crafted with Care

We cherish every single capsule that reaches your hands and maintain a manufacturing process where not a single capsule is compromised.」

We adhere to the manufacturing standards set by Health Food Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while upholding the principles of a pharmaceutical company, ensuring the creation of safe and reliable products. We treat every single capsule as precious, and our employees work together with dedication to deliver them to your hands.

We employ various measures to prevent bacterial contamination, including "double dressing rooms," "air showers," "falling bacteria tests," and "hand bacterial tests."

To manufacture "safe and secure" products, hygiene management is crucial. First and foremost, it's essential to prevent the entry of bacteria such as E. coli and mold. Employees working in the factory change from their regular clothes into work uniforms and then wear clean protective clothing managed by cleaning companies. The first dressing room for changing into facility uniforms is right at the entrance to the factory, and the second dressing room for putting on work uniforms is just before the manufacturing area. By setting up double dressing rooms and using air showers and adhesive rollers each time, thorough sterilization and dust removal are carried out to prevent the entry of foreign particles from the outside. Moreover, employees with fever, cuts, or other issues are prohibited from entering the manufacturing area. Additionally, surprise bacterial tests on hand hygiene are conducted.

Thorough cleaning activities are carried out to prevent bacterial growth.

Secondly, preventing the growth of bacteria under any circumstances is our top priority. To maintain a clean factory environment, all employees engage in thorough cleaning activities in the factory and its surrounding areas every day. The cleanliness and maintenance of the factory directly impact the quality and safety of the products, so we always strive to maintain a high standard.

Furthermore, we place emphasis on temperature and humidity control in the raw material warehouse to create the optimal environment that prevents bacterial growth. By maintaining conditions that make it difficult for bacteria to multiply, we ensure the quality of raw materials and guarantee the safety of our products.

Through these efforts and initiatives, we aim to ensure the quality and safety of our products, providing our customers with the peace of mind they deserve.

Hygiene Management

We ensure the safety of both the raw materials that form the basis of our products and the manufacturing equipment used in the production process.

Raw Material Checks at the Factory

The inspection process for raw materials at our factory is based on a strong partnership with reliable raw material manufacturers. Thanks to this collaboration, there is no occurrence of foreign material contamination like lint. However, to ensure a "zero chance" of any incidents, we regularly perform additional checks on raw materials. Specifically, we sieve raw materials through a mesh to remove foreign particles and also conduct thorough microbial testing for any invisible microorganisms.

Preventive Machine Failure Management

At our factory, we operate a wide variety of manufacturing machinery, but we believe that dealing with machine failures after they occur is too late. Therefore, to prevent issues with our machine equipment in advance, we use regular equipment inspection checklists to record the timing for parts replacement. This allows us to check and ensure smooth operation of the machinery for the next replacement cycle.

In-House "Microbial Testing" and "Ingredient Analysis"

Our factory's testing laboratories work in close collaboration with the quality assurance department to conduct quality inspections. The primary focus is on quality checks for products before shipment and incoming raw materials.

Within the factory's testing laboratories, we have equipment for microbial testing, as well as advanced instruments such as high-performance liquid chromatography for ingredient analysis, colorimeters for quantifying color, and testing equipment for heavy metals like arsenic.

Additionally, we utilize Fourier-transform infrared spectrometers (FTIR), gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GCMS), atomic absorption spectrophotometers (AA), and other specialized testing equipment to conduct more detailed ingredient analyses as needed.

By using these instruments as necessary and working in cooperation with each factory's testing laboratory, we are committed to enhancing our quality control efforts.
