The Customer Inquiry Office receives various inquiries and consultations. For example, there are inquiries about "how to take the product." When the package indicates "3 tablets a day," customers may ask whether they should take 3 tablets at once or divide them into multiple doses. In such cases, we carefully inquire about the customer's situation and provide guidance accordingly.

 

Additionally, when we receive inquiries about the product's place of origin, radiation, residual pesticides, etc., we collaborate with our Planning and Development Department and Central Research Laboratory. If necessary, we conduct internal analyses and tests.

 

Furthermore, we also handle inquiries about retail stores, providing information about the nearest stores, mail-order companies, or online retail websites for our customers.

The labeling of the expiration date

 

We originally printed the expiration date on the shrink wrap of our products. However, we received feedback from customers expressing concern that once the shrink wrap was removed for disposal, they couldn't determine the expiration date. In response, we improved our labeling system by directly printing the expiration date on the cap of the product.

 

As our products primarily consist of health-related ingredients, we believe that various tests and investigations are essential to ensure their quality and safety.

Iron & Calcium Wafers

 

The Iron & Calcium Wafers, which are also popular among children, received inquiries about "how much is an appropriate amount for children to consume." In response, we have added recommended calcium intake levels for each age group on the back of the packaging.

Wa-kan So Enzyme - Type 6

 

We received feedback from customers that the tablets were too large and difficult to consume. In response to this, we have reduced the size of each tablet from 400 mg to 300 mg as per their request.
